Steven Quinn

Chairman

Steve brings 22 years of industry experience to his role as G2V Group Chairman. He holds a proven track record of growing business revenue…, including taking his previous company from $40 million to $287 million, a 65% CAGR over five years driven entirely by organic growth. As Chairman of the G2V Group, Steve oversees the Board and plays a key role in shaping and supporting the Group’s wider strategy.

Luke Parker

Chief Executive Officer

Following seven years playing professional cricket for Warwickshire CC, Luke joined G2V Group as one of Vivid’s first employees in 2008…. He took the reins of Vivid in 2016, leading the brand to over 500% NFI growth across the following six years and growing the team to 150 people across the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. This made Vivid one of the fastest-growing recruitment businesses in Europe and G2V’s leading brand. Luke was promoted to Group CEO in 2023 as part of a planned succession and now leads the Group’s strategy alongside the Board and senior managers.

Sam Bell

Group Finance Director

Sam joined as Group Finance Director in July 2021 to support the Group’s growth plans and lead its finance function. Prior to G2V…, Sam spent 10 years at KPMG, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving into the firm’s Corporate Finance practice, advising mid-market companies in Recruitment and Business Services on acquisitions, disposals, and finance-raising mandates. It was through this work that Sam developed his relationship with the G2V Board, advising on a debt-funded MBO with Investec Bank plc in February 2021. He now leads the Group’s financial stewardship and ongoing finance function modernisation.

Ryan Morrow

Group Operations Director

Ryan has been with G2V since October 2015, tasked with building a scalable operations function to support the Group’s growth. He has overseen delivery change programmes across technology…, legal and compliance, MI & Data, HR, Talent, and Sales Operations, as G2V expanded to more than 580 employees across over 20 offices in the UK, Europe, and the US. Before G2V, Ryan spent 16 years at SThree, moving from Sales into Operations, where he managed organisational design and change programmes supporting aggressive growth plans. His blend of Sales and Operations expertise has been critical to G2V’s development.

Lauren Paterson

HR & People Director

Lauren joined G2V as HR Manager in 2022, progressing to Head of HR in 2023 and HR & People Director in 2025, where she leads and directs the HR function. She has embedded a HR model… aligned with Group strategy, delivering a value-added service across every department and seniority level. Prior to G2V, Lauren worked in HR and Learning & Development since 2006, including roles at Shell International, Ipsos MORI, and within investment management and private equity. A Chartered Member of the CIPD, she focuses on building strong, trusted relationships that promote a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.

James McNulty

Managing Director

James joined Vivid in 2010 after completing his BSc in Business & Managerial Economics, and now brings over 15 years of recruitment industry experience to the G2V Board. He… established Vivid’s Engineering and IT market presence before progressing into management, going on to develop sales teams across the UK, US and Europe. Promoted to Sales Director in 2021, James led commercial performance and strategic growth for three years, driving Vivid’s expansion and maturity as a business. He stepped into the role of Managing Director in 2023, where he now oversees the Vivid brand and sits on the G2V Board.

Tim Pereira

Managing Director

Tim is Managing Director of g2 Recruitment, a role he’s held since 2019. He joined g2 in 2008 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, having previously founded and run a VoIP… telecommunications business, and became g2 Sales Director in 2016 before progressing to his current role three years later. Tim has overseen g2’s growth from a single Bristol office to nine across the UK and Europe, including new offices in Munich and Cologne, now home to around 150 recruitment consultants. He sits on the G2V Board and is responsible for g2’s overall strategy.

Jamie Gardiner

Managing Director

Jamie has been part of G2V Group since 2011, joining Vivid Resourcing straight after graduating from the University of Liverpool. He launched Lumicity in Los Angeles… in 2016, the Group’s first foothold in the US, and was named G2V Group Top Biller the following year. He was later named Managing Director for the Americas and joined the G2V Board in 2020. Lumicity has since grown to over 100 people across four offices, crystallising the Group’s three-brand strategy. Jamie has built a business serving both early-stage, venture-backed technology companies and established enterprise clients.

Legal & Compliance

Nancy Walter

Legal Manager

Nancy is the Legal Manager at G2V Group, overseeing contracts and compliance across the UK and Europe alongside corporate legal and strategic projects. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree… in Law from the University of Nottingham and completed her LPC with Distinction at London Metropolitan University, qualifying as a solicitor. Nancy has been with G2V since 2017, progressing from Legal Assistant to Legal Manager over nine years, during which time she established G2V’s training contract programme and led the development of the internal legal function and its legal education framework.

David Hepburn-Brown

Senior Legal Counsel

David serves as Senior Legal Counsel at G2V Group, reporting to the Group Operations Director. He leads cost-effective litigation and dispute strategies while overseeing… contract and compliance management across G2V’s US operations, ensuring the Group is adequately protected against the complexities of the American legal landscape. Holding a BA Law, LLB, and LLM, he qualified as a solicitor and brings five years of experience across both private practice and in-house legal roles. In 2026 alone, David is on track to recoup over £1 million in dispute settlements across the Group. Known for commercially pragmatic outcomes delivered with professionalism and transparency.

Danielle Shields

Contractor Care Manager

Danielle oversees contractor care, onboarding, compliance, and contract administration across G2V, with a strong focus on high-volume contract delivery and ensuring contractors… are onboarded efficiently and fully compliant across UK and EU placements. She brings over ten years’ experience in contractor onboarding, compliance, and contract administration within the recruitment sector, including complex cross-border placements. Danielle holds a BA (Hons) degree and has earned several promotions within Contractor Care, building two high-performing UK and EU teams, recognised with the company’s Service Culture Award in 2022. Colleagues know her as approachable, organised, and dependable.

Andreas Michaelides

Group Financial Controller

Andreas oversees G2V’s statutory financial reporting, external audits, and day-to-day financial operations, including debt management, taxation, payroll, and supplier… and contractor obligations. An ACCA member since 2000, he holds a degree in Finance and Mathematics and brings over 25 years of experience across diverse industries and organisations of varying scale. At G2V, Andreas has led significant cost-saving initiatives including a £4 million group-wide saving programme, and played a key role in two successful organisational sales within four years. Known for his reliability, consistency, and solutions-focused approach, he is committed to delivering sustainable financial outcomes.

Emma Lundholm

Head of Credit

An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Emma leads G2V’s credit function, responsible for credit risk, collections, and cash flow… across the business. She brings over ten years of experience in credit management, including a previous leadership role at TEKsystems/Allegis. Since joining G2V, Emma has reduced aged debt by 50% and significantly improved days sales outstanding, strengthening the Group’s overall cash flow performance. She is known for a pragmatic, relationship-led approach to credit management and business partnering.

Sam Filkins

Head of Commercial Finance

Sam has been with G2V since April 2018 and leads commercial finance across the Group: responsible for financial planning, profitability analysis, forecasting, and executive decision… support. He also designs the remuneration and incentive structures that underpin business growth and performance across the brands. A Chartered Accountant and ACCA member, he brings over ten years of finance experience, including two years in accountancy practice where he built a strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and business advisory. He played a key role in the financial due diligence process that led to Freshstream acquiring a major stake in the business.

Louisa Brain

Head of Pay & Bill

Louisa has led the Pay and Bill function across the UK, EU, and US since joining G2V 12 years ago, when the team was first established. A qualified AAT Level 4 Accountant…, she has navigated significant business growth over that time, coordinating the implementation of a new Pay and Bill system and supporting the expansion of the team. Louisa takes pride in leading a hardworking, resilient department with a strong track record of internal promotions, and values a supportive working environment where people can develop and grow.

Shahla Jamie

Senior Pay & Bill Manager

Shahla joined G2V in 2014 as the first member of the Pay and Bill team, bringing a compliance background from within the recruitment sector. Over more than ten years…, she has played a central role in shaping the team’s growth, progressing to Senior Pay and Bill Manager with oversight of operations across the UK, Europe, and the US. She leads with a solution-focused mindset, bringing together key stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and deliver strong client outcomes, and takes pride in building a supportive, high-performing team that empowers people to excel.

Lucy Rawlings

HR Operations Manager

Lucy oversees UK and EU HR operations and payroll for Belgium and the Netherlands at G2V. She brings over 20 years of HR Shared Services experience across recruitment, aviation…, and financial services, including roles at SThree, Heathrow Airport, and the National Bank of Australia. At Heathrow, she led four teams during the post-COVID recovery period, managing high-volume onboarding in line with Civil Aviation Authority guidelines and improving candidate conversion rates ahead of target. Known for being approachable and driven, Lucy is committed to supporting her teams and delivering results.

Lydia Straw

Group Facilities Manager

Having graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2020, Lydia joined Vivid as an Office Admin Assistant and has spent almost six years progressing into her role as Group … Facilities Manager. Holding an IWFM Level 4 Certificate in Facilities Management, she manages workplace operations across the UK and EU, leading a team of Office Managers to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of offices, and is a key stakeholder in space planning and office moves. Lydia also oversees supplier and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts for quality and value, and drives the Group’s ESG strategy, embedding sustainable practices across all locations.

Lourdes Acosta

US Operations Manager

Lourdes joined Lumicity as LA’s Office Administrator in July 2019 and has since progressed to G2V’s US Operations Manager. Over more than six years, she has been instrumental in building G2V’s… US function, including Lumicity and the recently opened Vivid USA office. She oversees HR, office management, contractor care, and legal administration across all US offices, and supports senior leadership on G2V’s ongoing US expansion.

Emma Joyce

Executive Business Partner

With 13 years of experience in operations and administration, Emma provides day-to-day support to G2V Directors while overseeing multi-site office management, facilities coordination, and … company-wide event planning across the Group. Holding an IOSH Managing Safely qualification, she has led the design and setup of eight office locations across the UK and EU, delivering fully operational workspaces on schedule and within budget. Emma is known for being reliable, organised, and focused on high-quality outcomes, working closely with teams across the business to ensure operations run smoothly and standards are consistently maintained.

Marc Christophides

Head of IT

Marc joined G2V in January 2022 as Head of IT, leading the global IT function supporting teams and offices worldwide. He brings over 15 years of experience in the recruitment sector…, including roles at SThree and Airswift, as well as experience in finance and retail, and began his career at Capgemini. Since joining G2V, Marc has built a scalable, secure, and high-performing IT function, strengthening cyber security, improving service delivery, and enabling more efficient, data-driven operations. An MBA holder, he focuses on aligning technology with business growth and delivering a consistent, high-quality IT experience worldwide.

Matthew Weller

Business Systems Manager

As Business Systems Manager, Matt serves as technical authority, solution architect, and head of the projects function across multiple brands.… With over 25 years in IT – spanning telecoms, financial software, and manufacturing – he brings deep expertise in enterprise systems, data protection, and cloud platforms. He led G2V’s digital transformation from legacy communications infrastructure and on-premise systems to a fully Azure-based cloud environment. Matt applies PRINCE2 Agile principles to deliver secure, scalable solutions that produce measurable outcomes, bridging leadership, vendors, and technical delivery with equal confidence.
